SKR Match ("App", "we", "us", "our") is a Solana-based match-3 puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how you can manage or delete your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the applicable age, we will take steps to delete such data promptly. Optional in-game power-up purchases require a Solana Mainnet transaction approved by the user's wallet. Before requesting wallet approval, the App clearly displays the item, token amount, recipient address, network, and the non-refundable nature of the purchase.
Solana blockchain transactions are public and permanent. SKR Match cannot delete, modify, or reverse public blockchain transaction history.
Leaderboard display names may be derived from user-controlled .skr domains. Users can report inappropriate leaderboard names directly within the App. Users can also hide individual leaderboard entries. We moderate reported content to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable law.
We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), to protect data transmitted between the App and our servers. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your SKR Match server profile and local device data at any time by opening Privacy & Safety within the App and choosing Delete Wallet Data. The deletion request requires a wallet-signed message to verify ownership.
Deletion removes all SKR Match profile data associated with your wallet from our servers. It does not remove public Solana blockchain transaction history, which is immutable by design.
The App may integrate with or rely on the following third-party services and infrastructure:
These third-party services may process public blockchain data or technical request metadata under their own privacy policies. We require that any third-party service that may access user data through the App complies with applicable data protection laws and standards consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the App's features or as required by applicable law. When you request data deletion, we will delete your data promptly, except where retention is required for legitimate legal or regulatory purposes (such as fraud prevention).
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at limindong01@gmail.com or use the in-app data deletion feature described in Section 8.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
