These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the SKR Match publisher ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SKR Match mobile application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
The App allows you to connect a Solana-compatible wallet to save game progress, appear on the leaderboard, and optionally purchase in-game power-ups. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We never access, store, or request your private keys or seed phrases.
The App may offer optional in-game power-ups available for purchase using SKR tokens via Solana blockchain transactions. All such purchases are:
Before each purchase, the App clearly displays the item, token amount, recipient address, network, and non-refundable nature. You must approve the transaction in your wallet before it is submitted to the blockchain.
SKR Match does not provide investment services, yield, gambling, cash prizes, or financial advice of any kind.
Leaderboard display names may be derived from user-controlled .skr domains or shortened wallet addresses. You agree not to use display names that are offensive, misleading, or that violate applicable law. We reserve the right to remove or hide any display name that violates these Terms. Users may report inappropriate leaderboard names and hide entries within the App.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, code, graphics, audio, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the App remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
We are not responsible for any loss of tokens, digital assets, or game progress resulting from wallet errors, blockchain network issues, user error, unauthorized access to your wallet, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the SKR Match publisher and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the SKR Match publisher regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
